Proven sire. Fresh and Chilled available.

Rush is co-owned and resides with Lisa Durnford

Rush is our dream puppy from Poland! I’ve been eyeing his sire for years and when this opportunity came up to have one of his kids, I jumped at the chance. Rush is above expectations! He has gorgeous coat, tons of bone, lovely headpiece and correct front and rear angulations.  He is not oversized (23"/85lbs) and has full dentition.

We can’t thank Sylwia Czaja enough for letting this boy come to Canada.

2024

May 24-26 - Rush travelled to the Altoona/New Castle Kennel Club and Greater Pittsburgh Labrador Retriever Club Specialty Shows.  He was Reserve Winners Dog at the all-breed on Friday as well as the Specialty on Saturday.  On Sunday, he hit a home run going Winners Dog/Best of Winners for a 3 point major under Jerry Watson!  He now has both majors after just two show weekends south of the border.

2023

January 6-8 - In his first trip Stateside at the Land O'Lakes show, Rush goes Reserve Winners on Friday under Donna Ernst and Winners Dog/Best of Winners/Best of Opposite over Specials for a 3 point major under Stephanie Hedgepath!

February 17-20 - Rush takes the Breed in all 6 shows at the Crocus Obedience & Kennel Club show in Brandon, MB.

May 26 - At the Fort Garry Kennel Club, in conjunction with the Labrador Club of Manitoba Specialties, Rush takes Best of Breed under Catherine Barlow and Select Dog under Wendy Schira at the all-breed show.

June 9-11 - Rush takes two Group 3's under Terry Gains and William Byrne at the Thunder Bay Kennel & Training Club show

July 2 - Rush picks up a Group 4 at the Portage Kennel Club show under Lynne Harwood (AUS)

July 28-30 - At the Lakehead Kennel Club show, under judges Elaine Whitney and Ted Fahlgren, Rush collects two more Group 4's

August 11-13 - Rush takes a Group 2 under Aramis (Joy) Lim Jr (AUS) at the North Shore Dog Club show

He is currently the #12 Labrador in Canada with limited showing, owner-handled, in a year with incredible competition in the breed.  He is also the #4 Labrador in Ontario.

2021/2022

September 11/21 - Rush finishes his Canadian CH going Best of Winners/Best of Breed x3 at the Oakville & District Kennel Club! This is in addition to his BOW win from the North Shore Dog Club in August and BOW at the Fort Garry show in July. He will get some time off now to mature.

May/June 22 - Rush picks up two Select wins under Sporting specialist Robert Rowbotham and Tempest Deptuch, as well as a Best of Breed and Group 2nd under breeder-judge Terry Gains!
