Welcome to Keswick Labradors
We are dedicated to maintaining the moderate, athletic, and correct Labrador Retrievers. Our dogs win in the show ring while still maintaining their natural instinct to retrieve. They also excel in performance events such as Obedience, Agility, and Trick Dog.
We are located in the heart of Northwestern Ontario just outside the city of Thunder Bay.
We welcome referrals from other breeders and inquiries from potential puppy owners. We hope to educate potential puppy buyers on what to look for in a breeder and the kind of responsibilities that come with owning a new dog.
One thing that we cannot stress enough about the breed: Labradors only come in THREE recognized colours - black, chocolate (light sedge to dark brown) and yellow (fox red to light cream). Any other colours (silver, charcoal, etc.) or combination of colours (black & tan) is a deviation from the breed and are NOT desired. Reputable breeders do not intentionally breed for so-called "rare" colours.
We are members in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club, River City Labrador Enthusiasts, and the English Setter Club of Canada.
